Probelauf!
Schleifband vor Gebrauch über-
prüfen. Das Schleifband muss
einwandfrei montiert sein und
sich frei bewegen können. Pro-
belauf min. 30 Sekunden ohne
Belastung durchführen. Keine
beschädigte, unrunde oder vi-
brierende Schleifbänder ver-
wenden.
3.4 Arbeitshinweise
• Um ein optimales Schlei-
fergebnis zu erreichen,
Schleifband mit leichtem
Druck gleichmässig hin und
her bewegen.
• Die Konstantelektronik hält
die Bandgeschwindigkeit
bei Leerlauf und Last na-
hezu konstant und gewähr-
leistet eine gleichmässige
Arbeitsleistung.
• Zu starker Druck verringert
die Leistungsfähigkeit der
Maschine und die Lebens-
dauer des Schleifbandes.
• Die Maschine ist mit einer
Elektronik und einem in-
tegrierten Überlastschutz
ausgerüstet.
• Wird die Maschine über-
lastet, blockiert das Band
kurz. Maschine sofort ent-
lasten und kurze Zeit ohne
Belastung laufen lassen.

Marche d'essai !
Contrôler la bande abrasive
avant emploi. La bande abrasive
doit être montée parfaitement
correctement et se mouvoir
librement. Effectuer une marche
d'essai pendant au moins 30
secondes sans contrainte. Ne
pas utiliser de bandes abrasives
endommagées, inégales ou qui
vibrent.

Indications de travail

• Pour obtenir un résultat de
meulage optimal, déplacer
la bande abrasive avec un
mouvement de va-et-vient
régulier en exerçant une
légère pression.
• Le système électronique
maintient la vitesse de
bande à peu près constante
à vide et sous contrainte et
garantit une puissance de
travail homogène.
• Une trop forte pression
réduit la performance de la
machine et la durée de vie
de la bande abrasive.
• La machine est équipée
d'un dispositif électronique
avec protection contre les
surcharges intégré.
• Si la machine subit une
contrainte excessive, la
bande se bloque briève-
ment. Supprimer immédia-
tement la contrainte et faire
fonctionner la machine un

Before replacing the grinding belt, re-
move the pressure on the swivel arm
Trial run!
Check the grinding belt before
use. The grinding belt must be
installed properly and run with-
out hindrance. Do a test run for
at least thirty seconds without
load. Do not use damaged,
eccentric, or vibrating grinding
belts.

Working instructions

• The optimal grinding results
are obtained when the grin-
ding belt is steadily moved
back and forth under slight
pressure.
• The control electronics
keep the belt speed virtually
constant during idle and
load conditions for assured,
consistent work results.
• Too great a pressure
reduces machine efficiency
and the grinding belt's use-
ful life.
• The machine is equipped
with an electronic control
and integrated overload
protection.
• If the machine is overloa-
ded the belt blocks briefly.
Immediately remove all
loads on the machine and
keep it running in the unloa-
ded state for a short time.
