TESTING SUPPLY TO MASTER POWER BOARD (72) (Fig. 3.5.1.b)
□ Power board (72), connector J2, terminals 1, 3 = approximately 27 Vac.
□ Power board (72), connector J2, terminals 2, 4 = approximately 10 Vac.
□ Power board (72), check that +24V and +15V LEDs are on:
TESTING SUPPLY TO WIRE FEED POWER BOARD (42) (Fig. 3.5.1.b)
□ Power board (42), connector J2, terminals 1, 4 = approximately 50 Vac.
□ Power board (42), connector J2, terminals 1, 8 = approximately 25 Vac.
□ Power board (42), check that LEDs (LED1) are on

Check the wiring between J4 of board (39) and transformer
(38)
Check integrity of fuse on terminal block of primary winding of
service transformer (38) and replace if interrupted. Turn off the
power source, disconnect connector J4 on board (39), check
the resistance of the primary winding of transformer (38) with
J4 disconnected.
Correct values:
Between terminals 6 and 4 of J4 = 6 ohms approximately (230
V socket);
Between terminals 6 and 2 of J4 = 10 ohms approximately
(400 V socket).
If even only one value is incorrect, replace service
autotransformer (38).
Replace precharge mains filter board (39).
YES
Check the wiring between J2 of board (72) and transformer
(38)
Check integrity of fuse on terminal block of 10 Vac and 27 Vac
secondary winding of service transformer (38) and replace if
interrupted. Turn off the power source, disconnect connector
J2 on board (72), check resistance between its terminals,
correct value:
between terminals 1-3 = < 1 ohm
between terminals 2-4 = < 1 ohm
Replace power board (72)
