CEBORA S.p.A.
TESTING COMMANDS AND SETTING PARAMETERS
□ welding processes, welding parameters, accessories, various settings etc. can be
selected on the touchscreen panel. These operating sequences are described in
detail in the Instruction Manual supplied with the machine.
Check the following voltages on J19 of master board (70):
the two voltages = 0 Vdc replace board (70)
The touchscreen panel does not work when touched;
replace master panel board (70)
Master panel board (70) blocked, indicates error code:
see error codes and alarm signals, section 3.6
3.5.4 The START button produces no effect
The start signal may be supplied to the power source through centralised attachment
B or through connector E. Because both circuits in motor control board (222) are
connected in parallel, only one of the two signals is enough to start the power source.
TESTING START SIGNAL (Fig. 3.5.3.a, 3.5.3.b)
□ Motor control board (222), terminals J7-2(+) and J7-1(-) = 0 Vdc with start button
pressed, +12 Vdc approximately with button released (with button connected to
centralised attachment B).
□ Motor control board (222), connector J12, terminals 9(+) and 5(-) = 0 Vdc with start
button pressed, +12 Vdc approximately with button released (with button connected
to connector E).
Start button from centralised attachment B, check wiring between J7
of motor control board (222), centralised attachment B and torch
button. If necessary, replace the entire torch.
The stop command comes from connector E. Check wiring between
J12 of control board (222) and J1 of connector board (219). If
necessary, replace motor control board (222) and/or connector
board (219)
Motor control board (222), connector J16, check terminals 1(+) and
2 (-) = 35 Vdc. If incorrect, check voltages supplying service
transformer (38) and power supply board (42). Check LEDs L+15V,
L+8V, L+5V and L+3_3V are on. Replace motor control board (222)
