3.6 Error codes
3.6.1- 03 - Generic error on slave board
Replace microswitch board (37).
3.6.2- 04 - Error on database
From master panel (70) carry out the "Factory All" command (see instruction manual ), if
the error persists, update the power source software (see section 2.6),. If the error is still
present after updating the firmware:

3.6.3- 06 -Communication error detected by master panel board (70)
Communication error between master panel board (70) and slave boards; inverter
control board (37), motor control board (222) and wire feed unit panel board (221). The
following message appears on master panel board (70):
[6] Internal CAN ERROR (node:3) if the error is in inverter board (37)
[6] Internal CAN ERROR (node:5) if the error is in motor board (222)
[6] Internal CAN ERROR (node:13) if the error is in panel board (221)
In both cases, follow instructions for TESTING POWER BOARDS (42) and (72), check
the wiring between CAN1 board (37) and connector J2 on board (70), connector J16
board (70) and connector (18) on power source back panel. On the wire feed unit,
check the wiring between connector (230) and connector J5 board (222), connector J1
board (222) and CAN_5V connector board (212), carry out the tests described in points
3.5.1 and 3.5.3.
Update power source software (see section 2.6), particularly if one of the boards in the
power source/wire feed unit has been replaced.
