□ Motor control board (222), connector J16, terminals 1, 2 = approximately 35 Vdc,
terminals 4, 8 = 70 Vdc.

Check wiring between J16 motor control board (222),
connector (230) on wire feed, connector (18) on power source
and J3 on power board (42)
With the power source off, disconnect J3 from power board
(42), check on floating connector the resistance at terminals 1-
2 and 3-4, correct value

Replace motor control board (222) and/or power supply (42)
Correct?
NO
>M ohm. If =0 ohm, replace motor control
