Commissioning
Warning
Danger of injury. Moving masses can cause
injury to human beings and damage to
property.
• Make sure that, in the travel range,
– nobody can place his/her hand in the
path of the moving load
(e.g. by use of a protective crate),
– there are no foreign objects.
It should not be possible to touch the
ADNE-LAS until the mass has come to
complete rest.
Note
The CMFL/ADNE system is subject to both mechanical and electrical tolerances.
• Make sure that it is not a regulated system. Tolerances must therefore be
compensated as far as possible by teaching.
The CMFL controller cannot be parametrised and so is not familiar with the
parameters of the entire system (e.g. load, actual stroke, ...). During
teaching, a positioning profile is determined that takes into account the
parameters of the entire system.
