CMFL
teaching, the ADNE-LAS carries out various positioning motions to select the
optimal positioning motion. As soon as teaching is ended, the LED lights green.
The determined parameters, together with the unique serial number of the
ADNE-LAS, are stored automatically in the CMFL.
4. Test the positioning motion after each teach process.
Check in normal operation whether the ADNE-LAS fulfils the following
requirements:
– The piston rod moves through the complete positioning cycle.
– The piston rod stops as soon as it reaches the desired end stop.
After a voltage failure (e.g. separation and reintroduction of the load voltage),
the serial number of the ADNE is compared with that in the CMFL-stored serial
number.
If this is identical, the system can be driven immediately. Otherwise, an error
shows that the ADNE has to be taught.
If the load voltage does not agree with the voltage applied during the
teaching, a load voltage failure is output.
Note
A maximum of 5 parameter sets can be stored.
If an already taught ADNE is taught again, the already used storage space is
overwritten. Otherwise, a free memory location is used.
If no free memory capacity is available any more, the oldest parameter sentence
is overwritten.
