Remedy
Is automatically extinguished
when the motor temperature
falls below 60 °C
De-energise CMFL and
– connect motor
– replace cable
Let motor cool off. Error cannot
be acknowledged over the
Enable input until the motor
temperature falls below 65 °C
(LED then flashes red-orange).
Check whether piston rod is
blocked or if the load to be
moved is too large;
repeat the Teach procedure,
if necessary
Correct load voltage;
repeat the Teach procedure,
if necessary
Send ADNE and CMFL to Festo
– Check set-up
– Repeat Teach procedure
