To adjust the chain tension, you should loosen bolts A and B and then loosen the screws
C until the chain is correctly tensioned. Check the symmetry on either side of the
arm using the marks D. Tighten the bolts B and tighten the bolt A.
The sliding part is designed to adapt to the longest chains by turning it
through 180°.
LIft the chain as shown.
The chain slack should be 50mm (2
inches) when measured perpendicular
to the swing arm as shown. If it is
greater or less than this dimension
then the chain tension should be
adjusted.
