If the watch does not sense any signal, "..." is displayed on the top line.
Synchronising the watch with the strap:
If there is a reception problem, you can "force" the connection by holding down
MODE (for around 3 seconds). You can also exit then return to cardio mode
Important:
if you intentionally change mode in normal usage conditions (to use the
countdown timer for example) and you momentarily lose the signal, the watch
may set itself to a different frequency to the one you were using.
Reassigning the strap code:
If another user has the same code as yours, or if the displayed values are abnormally
high, you should change your strap code.
To do this, remove the strap for around 15 seconds and replace it. The strap will assign a
new code: e.g. "HRM C2".
Important:
Every time you change the code you will need to force the signal by holding
down "mode" after moving away from other users and potential sources of
interference.
If you have already set a target exercise zone, the watch displays alongside the
heart symbol :
• either an up arrow to indicate that you are currently above the target zone
• or a down arrow to indicate that you have not yet reached the target zone.
If you have activated the out of zone alarm, a beep warns you when you are not
in the target zone.
Press S3 to select the desired display mode on the middle line. To be able to start
the stopwatch, you must first display it.
Press S1 to start the exercise stopwatch. The stopwatch symbol flashes at the
bottom of the screen. The time in the zone and average and maximum heart rate
calculations are activated.
During or after exercise, you can display the time elapsed, the time in the zone,
and average and maximum heart rates by pressing S3.
To stop the exercise stopwatch, press S1 again.
After stopping the stopwatch, the device beeps to warn you and shows "OK
RECUP" to tell you that you have reached your preset recovery heart rate

To reset the stopwatch to zero and save the data to memory, hold down S3 for
three seconds. "SAVE" is displayed on the top line. Press S1 and select "YES" to
save the data to memory or "NO" to delete it immediately. Confirm by pressing S3.
If you select "YES", the data is saved. The HRM mode is reset to zero.
Adjusting the strap coding:
Go from coded mode to uncoded mode (and vice versa): Hold down the button
on the front of the strap (>4s) then synchronise the watch (hold down the MODE
button).
Changing the strap code: The strap automatically reassigns a new code every
time you use it (in other words every time you put it on again).
Remove the strap for 15-20 seconds, put it back on and then synchronise the
watch.
Important:
Every time you set the strap you will need to synchronise the watch by holding
down "mode" after moving away from other users and potential sources of
interference.
3 - Memory mode (DATA)
Select DATA mode by pressing S2.
DATA mode display
The bottom line displays the file number (marked DATA). If the file is empty, "no
data" is displayed.
The middle line indicates the various settings displayed (exercise time, exercise
intensity, time in the target zone, calories expended, average and maximum heart
rates, time out of the target zone and time needed to reach recovery rate.
The top line indicates the value of each of these settings.
