6.0 TROUBLESHOOT
TROUBLE
- The lift does not work. No reaction at all
- Pressing the UP pushbutton,
the motor reacts but the lift does
not move
- Pressing the DOWN pushbutton,
the platforms do not lower

7.0 SPARE PARTS

Spare parts orders must be forwarded to AGM-COS.MET S.r.l. and must contain the following information:
• Lift type, version and matriculation number. Such data appear on the IDENTIFICATION PLATE provided with every lift (Fig. 2 and 1 Fig. 15).
• Number of the required part.
• Item description and quality required.
• Forwarding means. when unspecified, AGM-COS.MET S.r.l., refuse any responsability for delays in shipment owed to circumstances
beyond control.
Howewer AGM-COS.MET S.r.l. is particulary concerned with providing an efficient and prompt transport service for its products. Customers
are always charged with transport costs.
Transported goods always travel at the buyer's risk, even when under free delivered conditions. When ordering parts only refer to the code
number of every single item.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
- Emergency/OFF button pressed
- Cable connections
- Fusible burnt out
- Rotation of the motor
- Not enough oil in the tank.
- Discharge electrovalve (EV1) open.
- Cable connection
- Microswitchs engaged or
defective
- Elettromagneti engaged or
defective
- Safety valve engaged
- Platform blocked
SOLUTIONS
- Check the cause
- Control connections
- Replace
- Change over wires
- Add oil
- Screw the knurled screw of the electrovalve

- Check connections
- Check microschalter FC1, FC2,
FC3, FC4, FCS
- Check electro-magnet EM1, EM2,
EM3 and EM4
- Check hydraulic installation
- Raise and unblock the platform
