holder coil support, enclosed by a protection carter.
The switch (54) on the wire feeder unit carter provide the
panel board (48) with the signal to stop the power source
in case of carter opening.
This alarm condition is signalled on the control panel with
relative error code.
The power board (45) receives the temperature signals
from the NTC sensors located the secondary diodes group
dissipater (connected to J3 on art. 323; to J5 on art. 324) and
on input rectifier bridge dissipater (only on art. 324 special
version, connected to J6).
The fans (44) operation is subject to the power board
power supply presence only and is independent from the
power source working conditions.
The panel board (48) contains the main power source
microprocessor and supervises management of the
complete power source functions.
On panel board (48) are generated the reference signal
to be sent to the INV board, for the inverter control and
the power supply voltage for the wire feeder motor (25),
adjusted according to the selected welding program
requirements.
The panel board (48) contains the circuit for adjusting the
wire feeder motor (25) speed, which in this case are pro-
vided with speed feedback signal obtained by the encoder
incorporated in the motor (25).
The welding programs predefined by Cebora (synergic
curves) are stored in the panel board (48).
For their update and for the power source firmware update,
on panel board (48) the programming BD1 connector is
provided (see par. 2.4).
The panel board (48) also acts as power source control
panel and contains the display A and multifunction knob
B to perform the supervision and management of the com-
plete power source (see Instructions Manual).
The power source output terminals are located on the front
panel.
For MIG torch it is predisposed a central adapter C that in-
cludes a power socket, two contacts for the start command

and a pneumatic fitting for the gas.
For the ground cable a GIFAS attack D is available.
On art. 323, inside the wire feeder compartment the power
source output terminals polarity reverser is provided, to
be used in applications requiring the reversed polarity (see
Instructions Manual).
On art. 324 power source rear panel is located the socket
(66)L, protected by the fuse (64)I and the connector (65)
M for cooling unit connection (optional).

Programming, firmware update.
The power source programming or firmware updating are
possible with "Cebora Device Manager".
"Cebora Device Manager" is a program, downloadable
from the Cebora web site http://www.cebora.it, that has
to be installed into a PC with Windows operating sys-
tem, equipped with RS232 serial port or appropriate USB
adapter.
By connecting the PC to the power source H1 connector
(the BD1 connector on panel board (48)), is possible to
program the power source, other than performing the
diagnostic capabilities of the program.
On art. 323, the H1 connector is accessible from the power
board (45) compartment by removing the lateral panel 12;
on art. 324, is located in the wire feeder unit compartment,
covered by a rubber boot (see Fig. 3.2.a and par. 4.1).
In the Cebora web site are available the program files to
install in the equipments (files named *.ceb or *.fwu) and
the Instructions Manual to help in using Cebora Device
Manager.
