MAINS SUITABILITY TEST.

□ No voltage for mains protection.

♦ Eliminate any short-circuits or isolation leaks
towards earth on the connections between
power cord, switch (40) and IN-L1, IN-L2,
IN-L3 terminals on power board (45).
♦ Make sure the B1 rectifier bridge on power
board (45) is not in short circuit.
♦ Mains not suitable to power the power source
(e.g.: insufficient installed power).
♦ Replace power board (45).
MAINS CONNECTION TEST.
□ Terminals IN-L1, IN-L2, IN-L3 on power board (45) =
3 x 400 Vac, with switch (40) closed.
YES
♦ Check connections between switch (40) and
power board (45).
♦ Check power cord and plug.
♦ Check switch (40).
♦ Check the mains voltage conditions.
POWER SUPPLY TEST.
□ Power board (45), connector J1, terminals 4(+) - 1(-),
voltage = +530 Vdc approximately, after switch (40)
closing.

♦ Check the terminals 4 and 1 of J1 on power
board (45) are not in short circuit. If the case
look for the short circuit cause between the
power components connected to the DC_
BUS (see Fig. 2.3.1, 2.3.2).
♦ Replace power board (45).
