In order to cut clamped and sealed tissue, use the blade activation lever 6.
Risk to patient and damage to the instrument due to clamping of metallic objects!
►
Do not seal or cut over clips or clamps.
WARNING
►
If an error report appears:
– Do not cut clamped tissue.
– Loosen the lock of the handle and open the jaw part.
– When sealing quality is sufficient, the sealed tissue can be cut using surgical scissors or the instrument.
– When sealing quality is insufficient, the sealing process must be restarted. If the additional HF cycle leads to
a normal seal, the tissue can be cut, and the instrument can be opened and removed.

Do not leave the jaw actuation lever in the locked position when the instrument is not in use.
Single-use products
Infection hazard for patients and/or users and impairment of product functional-
ity due to reuse. Risk of injury, illness or death due to contamination and/or
impaired functionality of the product!

Do not reprocess the product!

Store sterile packed single-use products dust-protected in a dry, dark and temperature-controlled room.
Troubleshooting
Errors, faults and warnings are displayed on the Lektrafuse HF generator as follows:
■
An individual sound or a clear sound sequence and interruption of the sound sequence of HF operation
■
The yellow regrasp error light or the red error light on the front side of the Lektrafuse HF generator lights up
■
Notification in the display on the front side of the Lektrafuse HF generator
