Notice:
Make sure the area to be cleaned is as
clutter free as possible by removing all
items from the area such as garbage bags,
trashcans and cleaning carts.
Notice:
Clear the ground prior to using the ma-
chine because diverse small parts can get
caught in the hose and could result in the
suction system becoming blocked, which
would mean that the optimal suction result
can no longer be guaranteed.
Attention:
The automatic mode of the machine is
only allowed to operate in working areas
with untrained persons if there is an in-
structed person in close proximity.
Cleaning modes
Notice:
This machine offers four different cleaning
modes:
Manual, Spot, Area, Map
• Manual cleaning mode:
• Allows you to control all cleaning functions including speed
• Spot cleaning mode:
• This mode is used to automatically clean a specific part of
a corridor or aisle.
• There must be two walls, one on the left and one on the
right, at the start of Spot Clean for it to accurately measure
the width of the area to clean.
• Area cleaning mode:
• This mode is used to clean the cleaning area based on pre-
defined cleaning patterns.
• A wall is required to detect the end of the cleaning area.
• Map cleaning mode:
• This mode allows you to freely define the cleaning area.
• This function is only available for authorized staff.
Use the emergency stop
Notice:
When the emergency stop is activated, the
safety circuit must subsequently be reset.
To reset the machine, the reset button
(please see the structural layout on page
69), must be pressed.
Replenishing cleaning solution
Attention:
The flooring may be damaged when work-
ing without cleaning solution.
Notice:
A rattling sound of the pump indicates that
the fresh water tank is empty.
76
Attention:
The pump must never run dry for an ex-
tended period.
Notice:
A sensor in the fresh water tank deter-
mines whether there is sufficient cleaning
solution present.

shown on the display and the machine
stops automatically, both in automatic as
well as manual mode.
• Switch off the machine.
• Fill the fresh water tank.
Empty recovery tank
Notice:
A sensor in the recovery tank determines
the fill level or if the recovery tank is com-
pletely full.
When the recovery tank is full, this will be
shown on the display and the cleaning op-
eration will be stopped automatically, in
automatic as well as manual mode.
• Switch off the machine.
• Empty the recovery tank.
End of operation
At the end of the work activity, the supply of the cleaning solu-
tion, the tool unit and the suction motor are stopped.
• Switch off the machine. Hold down the main switch button
for approx two seconds.
The brush unit and the suction nozzle are lifted automati-
cally.
