Troubleshooting

Cartridge alignment fails
This may be due to one of the following:
Loaded coordinates are set incorrectly (e.g. not scanned).
l
The cartridge was inserted into the cartridge holder incorrectly.
l
Camera error (i.e. exposure set incorrectly).
l
The chip or glas layer is defect or blurred by fingerprints.
l
Camera is out of focus.
l
Software error.
l
Stage malfunction.
l
Do one or all of the following:
Reload the same cartridge.
l
Use a new cartridge.
l
Restart the software and/or the instrument.
l
If the problem persists, contact Miltenyi Biotec Technical Support.
Continuous alignment fails
