Sort channel is clogged
The valve is moving but cells are not moving down the sort channel. This can occur if an air bubble (
5.4 , A) or debris ( Figure 5.4 , B) clogs the sort channel.

Do one or all of the following:
Use the priming fixture to wet the channel (refer to the cartidge datasheet).
l
Clean up the sample (e.g. filtration, density gradient, dead cell removal).
l
Check valve timing (refer to MACSQuantify Tyto Software User manual).
l
Use a new cartridge.
