Place the screw-in hubs (Fig. 25/2) on the timing belt shafts
(Fig. 25/1) of both linear units.
4.
Tighten 4 screws each (Fig. 25/3), alternating diagonally:

Insert gear rings (Fig. 25/4) into the screw-in hubs.
6.
Loosely slide the following components onto the steel tube
(Fig. 26/4) one after the other:
n
2 clamping hubs (Fig. 26/1)
n
Protective tube (Fig. 26/2)
n
2 adapter flanges (Fig. 26/3)
7.
Position the steel tube (Fig. 26/4) with the loose components
between the screw-in hubs of both linear units.
8.
Slide clamping hubs (Fig. 27/2) into the screw-in hubs
(Fig. 27/1).
9.
Tighten the screw (Fig. 27/3) on each clamping hub.

Ensure that the clamping hubs on the steel tube
engage correctly in the screw-in hubs on the
linear units.
To reach the clamping hubs, move the protective
tube (Fig. 27/4) on the steel tube.
