Declaration of incorporation
The manufacturer and authorised representative undertake to provide national bodies with the special
documentation relating to the incomplete machine in response to a duly substantiated request.
This documentation shall be transferred electronically or in paper form as agreed. The intellectual prop-
erty rights remain unaffected by this.

Important!

The incomplete machine may only be commissioned if it has been determined that the machine into
which the incomplete machine is to be incorporated complies with the regulations set forth in this Direc-
tive.
