The Vantage Slicer is available in 2 versions:
• standard 2017.00 model
• 2017.30 model with GRATING function

• A stainless steel frame with a built-in horizontal V-shaped blade
and folding rear foot.
• Adjustable guide plate, thickness from 1 to 10 mm with smooth
insert.
• 3 Julienne combs 4 - 7 and 10 mm.
• 3 grating blades.
• V-shaped blade guard to store it away.
• Storage box for Julienne combs and graters.
• Slider for vegetables/fruit.
• Ergonomic protective pusher.
The Vantage Slicer with the grating function has the same design as the
standard model without the graters and is used in the same way to slice,
make Julienne cuts and adjust the thickness of the cut.
