Caution: the frame has a very sharp, built-in, V-shaped blade. Always¬ take
care when handling the frame and take the Slicer by the handle and the
plastic part at the front. Never take the frame by the side at the blade's level.
Use the blade guard to store it away.
1- Feet
• Unfold the rear foot.
• The Vantage Slicer can be used directly on the worktop or on a re-
cipient.
•
2- Remove the blade guard
• The blade protection ensures your protection when the slicer is not
used.
Do not forget to put back the blade guard on the V-shaped blade
after use. Slide the blade guard on the tracks of the frame up to
the blade level and move up the guide plate.
