Reinigung, Instandhaltung:
Nasse und verschmutzte Baumsteigeisen sollten nach dem
Einsatz aus dem Transportbehälter genommen werden. Ver-
schmutzte Produkte in handwarmem Wasser (wenn nötig mit
neutraler Seife) reinigen. Gut ausspülen. Bei Raumtemperatur,
niemals im Wäschetrockner, in der Mikrowelle oder in der Nähe
von Heizkörpern trocknen! Handelsübliche, nicht halogenhalti-
ge Desinfektionsmittel sind bei Bedarf anwendbar. Instandset-
zungen dürfen nur in Übereinstimmung mit dem vom Hersteller
angegebenen Verfahren durchgeführt werden. Flugrost an den
Stahlteilen ist normal und kann mittels Polieren mit säurefreiem
Öl, Silikonsprays o. ä. entfernt werden.

These instructions for use contain important notes which need
to be understood before the product is used. This document
must be passed on by the reseller to the user in the official
language of the country of designation and must be stored with
the product for its entire service life.
GENERAL APPLICATION NOTES
The following application notes must be carefully read and
observed.
This product has been designed specifically for tree maintenance
and working on wooden poles and masts, but does not elimi-
nate inherent risks encountered in such work environments.
Working and climbing on trees, poles and masts often entails
risks and hazards from external influences that that cannot be
easily detected. Accidents cannot be eliminated. Maximum

Pole or tree gaffs should not be considered a primary method
of support. Any time the user is off the ground they must have
a reliable fall arrest or work positioning system OTHER than
