6. REINSTALL THE ELECTRODE BY PUSHING IT
STRIGHT INTO THE TORCH HEAD UNTIL IT CLICKS.
7. Reinstall the desired starter cartrige and tip into the torch head
8. Hand tighten the shield cup until it is seated of the the torch head.If resistance is felt
when installing the cup, check the threads before proceeding.

Troubleshoting

A. torch will not pilot when toc switch is activeted
1. red led always on.
a. Check that shield cup is properly installed.
2. upper O-ring on torch head is in wrong position.
a. Remove shield cup from torch;check position of upper O-
ring.Correct if necessary.
