8.0– DEMOLITION – GENERAL WARNINGS
When demolishing the machine, abide strictly by the requirements of the
regulations in force.
Separate the parts of which the machine is composed according to the
different types of construction material (plastic, copper, iron, etc...).
9.0 TROUBLESHOOTING
9.1– MOST COMMON PROBLEMS DURING CUTTING
PROBLEM
1)
1) Insufficient penetration.
2) The power arc goes out. 2)
3) Formation of heavy slag. 3)
4) Intermittent pilot arc. 4)

SOLUTION
- Cutting speed too fast.
- Cutting current too low.
- Bad connection of the earth clamp.
- Distance from piece too high.
- Inadequate air pressure.
- Electrode hole worn (too wide).
- Air supply pressure too high (set at a 4.3 bar).
- Insufficient air supply (set at 4.3 bar)
- Supply of dirty air (use correct regulating filter).
- Damp air supply (use correct filter with dryer).
- Air supply contains oil (use correct filter with distiller).
