If one of the above mentioned anomalies has arisen, IMMEDIATELY apply to an ANTEO Authorized Service Center, whose personnel shall restore the tail-lift operation. The Anteo Authorized
Service Center personnel shall also properly fill in the card enclosed to this manual.

functional - manually put under stress all the articulations to check the joints wear
visual – to check the presence and efficiency of the locking devices
check of the fastening screw proper tightening (by an Anteo authorized service center)
visual – to detect any chromium-plating corrosion
visual – to detect any cracks, abrasions, oil leakages
NOTE: hoses should be completely replaced each three years
visual – to detect any abrasions, oil leakages
visual – to detect any oil leakages
visual check to determine yieldings, strains or cracks, especially for weldings
functional check to locate jams, hardenings or dummy contacts
visual – to check the state of wear and the motor brushes, then clean with compressed air
NOTE: however, the brush thickness must not be less than 0,7 mm.
visual check to locate possible oxidation points
NOTE: corrosion should NEVER exceed a depth of 0.5 mm.
