Test Description, Descripción de la prueba
INDICATOR LED TEST : Check that the STOP, START and
BATTERY LED'S are flashing. Note: the AC LED will not
flash.
PRUEBA DE LOS DIODOS ELECTRO-LUMINOSOS
(LED): Comprobar que los LED correspondientes a
PARADA, INICIO y BATERIA parpadean. Nota: el LED de
AC no parpadea.
TOUCH PANEL SWITCH TEST : Press buttons in turn
from S1 to S13 from START to PURGE.
PRUEBA DE CAMBIO DEL PANEL TACTIL: Pulsar por
orden las teclas S1 a S13, desde INICIO a PURGAR.
DECLUTCH SWITCH TEST : Squeeze plunger holder
finger grips and check that the display alternates between
1 (engaged) and 0 (disengaged - finger grips squeezed
together).
PRUEBA DE EMBRAGUE: Apretar la pinza de liberación
de la abrazadera del émbolo y comprobar que la pantalla
alterna entre 1 (embragado) y 0 (desembragado - pinza de
liberación junta).
PLUNGER DETECTOR TEST : Press plunger plate button.
Check display switches from 0 (No syringe fitted) to 1
(Syringe plunger fitted).
PRUEBA DE DETECCION DEL EMBOLO: Presionar el
detector del émbolo de la jeringa. Comprobar que la
pantalla cambia de 0 (jeringa sin ajustar) a 1 (émbolo de la
jeringa ajustado).
MOTOR ENCODER TEST : Motor is pulsed while
encoders are tested. Motor moves forwards and backwards
as encoders pass.
PRUEBA DEL ECODIFICADOR DEL MOTOR: Se pulsa el
motor mientras se analizan los ecodificadores. El motor se
mueve hacia delante y hacia atrás al pasar los
ecodificadores.
LINEAR POT TEST : Declutch the transmission and slide
plunger holder to the far left, check the value displayed
(approx. 00.19V). Declutch and slide the plunger holder to
the far right and check the value displayed (approx.
03.00V).
PRUEBA DEL POTENCIOMETRO LINEAL : Desajustar la
transmisión y deslizar la abrazadera del émbolo a la
izquierda del todo y comprobar el valor que se presenta
(aprox. 00,19V). Desajustar la transmisión y deslizar la
abrazadera de la jeringa hacia la derecha del todo y
comprobar el valor que se presenta (aprox. 03,00V).
