2. OPERATION
1. Fill a container with a capacity of 10 to 20 liters with water. Be sure to observe the Sous Vide
Professional Series level indicators, The water level must be between the minimum and maxi-
mum indicated on the front of the thermostat. The level will increase when food is added to the
container, so do not overfill it.
NOTE: As the water temperature increases, the water will begin to evaporate. Sous Vide
Professional Series is equipped with an alarm indicating a low water level, if the water level
drops below the minimum mark, the circulation pump will turn off.
2. Press and hold the ON / OFF button for 4 seconds to switch the appliance on.
3. At this point, it automatically accesses the temperature setting. The programmed temperatu-
re indicator will blink on the display. Select the desired temperature by means of the regulator.
4. Press Set to access the operating time setting, first in hours, which will flash on the display.
Select the number of hours of cooking you want through the regulator..
5. Press SET to set the minutes, which will flash on the display. Select the number of cooking
minutes you want to add to the hours using the regulator.
6. Press SET to enter the working time setting. The working time will flash on the display. At this
point, if the appliance shows a working time from previous cooking, you can set the counter to
0 by holding down the SET button.
7. Once you have set the parameters, press SET if you want to return to point 3 or press ON / OFF
to start the unit. Pressing ON / OFF will begin to create a steady stream of water that will raise
the temperature and keep it in the 1 degree range.
8. Once the Sous Vide Professional Series has reached the set temperature, it will emit a series
