3. TROUBLESHOOTING

The Sous Vide Chef Cuisine does not turn on.
• Make sure that the machine is properly plugged into a grounded outlet.
• Check the power cord for tears and frays. Do not use the machine if the power cord is damaged.
• Make sure the power button is on. The LED display shows the information.
The Sous Vide Chef Cuisine does not heat.
• Make sure the water level is between the "Min." and "Max." signals on the Sous Vide Chef Cuisine.
• Check if the current temperature in the LED display approaches the temperature setting. If it does
not, call the technical support service.
The LED display reads error code: E05
• Make sure the water level is between the "Min." and "Max." signals on the Sous Vide Chef Cuisine.
The machine will emit an alarm and turn off when the water level drops below the "Min." required
