5.10.3 Handhabung der
Abwinkelungsmechanik
HINWEIS: Die neutrale Stellung der

distalen Spitze hat einen geradlinigen
Verlauf, ohne jegliche Abwinkelung.

WARNUNG: Beim Einführen des flexiblen
CMOS Video-Cysto-Urethroskops in den
Patienten muss sich die distale Spitze
in gerader, nicht abgewinkelter Stellung
befinden.

WARNUNG: Der Ablenkhebel darf niemals
gewaltsam oder ruckartig bedient werden,
um weder den Patienten zu verletzen noch
das Gerät zu beschädigen!

WARNUNG: Bevor das flexible CMOS
Video-Cysto-Urethroskop aus dem
Patienten entfernt wird, muss die distale
Spitze in die neutrale Lage gebracht
werden, da sonst Verletzungen des
Patienten auftreten oder Schäden am
Instrument entstehen können.

WARNUNG: Falls die distale Spitze nicht
mehr über den Ablenkhebel gesteuert
werden kann (Klemmung usw.) oder
sonstige Fehler an der Abwinkelungs-
mechanik auftreten, darf das flexible
CMOS Video-Cysto-Urethroskop nicht
weiterverwendet werden.

WARNUNG: Falls während einer
Anwendung am Patienten eine
Funktionsstörung des flexiblen CMOS
Video-Cysto-Urethroskops auftreten sollte,
die Anwendung sofort abbrechen. Die
distale Spitze des flexiblen CMOS Video-
Cysto-Urethroskops in die neutrale, nicht
abgewinkelte Position bringen und das
flexible CMOS Video-Cysto-Urethroskop
langsam und vorsichtig aus dem Patienten
entfernen.

VORSICHT: Der spürbare Widerstand
beim Abwinkeln der distalen Spitze mit Hilfe
des Ablenkhebels nimmt mit dem Grad der
Abwinkelung zu. Die Abwinkelung sanft und
behutsam ohne schnelle oder ruckartige
Bewegungen bis zum Anschlag steuern.

WARNING: When introducing the flexible

patient, the distal tip must be in a straight,
non-deflected position.

WARNING: The deflection lever must
never be operated with force or abruptly to
avoid injury to the patient or damaging the
device.

WARNING: Before removing the flexible
CMOS Video-Cysto-Urethroscope from the
patient, the distal tip must be put into the
neutral position, as otherwise injuries to the
patient or damage to the instrument may
occur.

WARNING: If the distal tip can no longer
be properly controlled (sticking etc.) via
the deflection lever, or if the deflection
mechanism develops any other fault, the
flexible CMOS Video-Cysto-Urethroscope
must not be used.

WARNING: If a functional defect occurs
with the flexible CMOS Video-Cysto-
Urethroscope during use on the patient,
discontinue use immediately. Put the
distal tip of the flexible CMOS Video-
Cysto-Urethroscope into the neutral, non-
deflected position and remove the flexible
CMOS Video-Cysto-Urethroscope slowly
and carefully from the patient.

CAUTION: The resistance that can be felt
when deflecting the tip using the deflection
lever increases as the angle of deflection
increases. Actuate the deflection gently
and carefully, without any sudden or jerky
movements, as far as the limit stop.

CUIDADO: Al introducir el

en posición recta, no angulada.

CUIDADO: ¡La palanca deflectora no
debe accionarse jamás con violencia o
bruscamente, para no lesionar al paciente
ni deteriorar el aparato!

CUIDADO: Antes de extraer el
videocistouretroscopio flexible CMOS del
paciente, la punta distal del mismo debe
colocarse en posición neutral, dado que,
en caso contrario, podrían producirse
lesiones en el paciente o deterioros en el
instrumento.

CUIDADO: En caso de que la punta distal
ya no pueda controlarse correctamente
(atascamiento, etc.) a través de la
palanca deflectora o si se produjesen
otros fallos en el mecanismo deflector, el
videocistouretroscopio flexible CMOS ya no
debe seguir siendo utilizado.

CUIDADO: Si durante una aplicación
en el paciente se produjera un fallo de
funcionamiento del videocistouretroscopio
flexible CMOS, interrumpa inmediatamente
la aplicación. Coloque la punta distal del
videocistouretroscopio flexible CMOS
en la posición neutral, no angulada
y extraiga lenta y cuidadosamente el
videocistouretroscopio flexible CMOS del
cuerpo del paciente.

ADVERTENCIA: La resistencia que se
percibe al angular la punta distal con
ayuda de la palanca deflectora se hace
más intensa al aumentar el grado de
angulamiento. Controle el angulamiento
suave y cuidadosamente, sin movimientos
rápidos ni bruscos, hasta el tope.
