VORSICHT: Der beim Einführen der
Instrumente spürbare Widerstand
steigt mit dem Grad der Abwinkelung.
Gewaltsames Einführen der Instrumente
kann zur Beschädigung des flexiblen
CMOS Video-Cysto-Urethroskops bzw. des
Instrumentenkanals führen.

VORSICHT: Ist der Widerstand beim
Einführen eines Instrumentes zu stark,
dann darf das Instrument nicht mit
Gewalt eingeführt werden. Instrument
zurückziehen und ein wasserlöslichen
Gleitmittel auf die Spitze des Instrumentes
aufbringen. Danach erneut einführen. Vor
dem Entfernen des Instrumentes aus dem
Patienten muss sich die distale Spitze in
gerader Position befinden.
Zangen, Scheren und anderes Zubehör, dessen
Maulteile geöffnet bzw. geschlossen werden
können, sind immer mit geschlossenen Maulteilen
in den Instrumentenkanal einzuführen. Die
Maulteile dürfen erst geöffnet werden, wenn die
distale Spitze des Instrumentes völlig aus dem
Kanal ausgetreten ist. Das Öffnen der Maulteile
im Instrumentenkanal kann zu Beschädigung des
Videoskops führen.

VORSICHT: Verwenden Sie
ausschließlich Zubehör (Führungssonden,
Reinigungsbürsten usw.) von KARL STORZ.
Zubehör anderer Hersteller kann das
Videoskop beschädigen.

WARNUNG: Bei der Verwendung von
HF-Elektroden muss sichergestellt werden,
dass eine Leistungsapplikation erst dann
erfolgt, wenn keine entzündlichen Gase im
Operationsfeld oder in der Nähe des CMOS
Video-Cysto-Urethroskopes vorhanden
sind.

CAUTION: The resistance felt upon
inserting the instrument increases with the
degree of deflection. If the instruments are
introduced using force, this can result in
damage to the flexible CMOS Video-Cysto-
Urethroscope or the instrument channel.

CAUTION: If the resistance is too great
upon inserting an instrument then the
instrument must not be inserted with
force. Pull the instrument out and apply a
watersoluble lubricant to the tip thereof.
Then insert again. Before removing the
instrument from the patient, the distal tip
must be in a straight position.
Forceps, scissors and other accessories whose
jaws can be opened or closed must always be
inserted into the instrument channel with closed
faws. The jaws may only be opened when the
distal tip of the instrument is completely clear of
the channel. Opening the jaws in the instrument
channel can cause damage to the videoscope.

CAUTION: Only use accessories
(guide probes, cleaning brushes etc.)
from KARL STORZ. Accessories from
other manufacturers may damage the
videoscope.

WARNING: When HF electrodes are used,
it must be ensured that power is only
applied when there are no flammable gases
in the operating field or in the proximity of
the CMOS Video-Cysto-Urethroscope.

ADVERTENCIA: La resistencia que
se percibe al introducir el instrumento
aumenta según el grado de angulación.
Una introducción violenta del instrumento
puede provocar deterioros en el
videocistouretroscopio flexible CMOS o en
el canal para instrumentos.

ADVERTENCIA: Si la resistencia al
introducir un instrumento es demasiado
fuerte, el mismo no debe ser introducido
con violencia. Retire el instrumento y
aplique un producto lubricante soluble en
agua en la punta del instrumento. Después
introdúzcalo nuevamente. Antes de extraer
el instrumento del paciente, la punta distal
ha de encontrarse en posición recta.
Las pinzas, tijeras y otros accesorios con mordazas
que pueden abrirse y cerrarse, deben introducirse
siempre con las mordazas cerradas en el canal
para instrumentos. Las mordazas sólo podrán
abrirse cuando la punta distal del instrumento
sobresalga completamente fuera del canal. Abrir
las mordazas dentro del canal para instrumentos
puede provocar deterioros en el videoscopio.

ADVERTENCIA: Utilice exclusivamente
accesorios (sondas guía, cepillos de
limpieza, etc.) de KARL STORZ. Los
accesorios de otros fabricantes pueden
deteriorar el videoscopio.

CUIDADO: Al utilizar electrodos de AF
debe poder garantizarse que la aplicación
de potencia ocurrirá sólo cuando no
existan gases inflamables en el campo
operatorio o en las inmediaciones del
videocistouretroscopio CMOS.
