CONTROL PANEL CHARACTERISTICS

The VIVO-D103 / ADB30 control panel is constructed to
form part of an automated door and gate system,
operated by way of ERREKA direct current motor,
without encoder and with limit switches, IZAR model.
The opening and closing operations are controlled by
limit switches.
This control panel has a torque limitation system to
adjust the impact forces to the required values.
General characteristics
• Power supply 230Vac, 50Hz
• Control of run by limit switches in opening and
closing. Not suitable for motors with halt by encoder
• Independent torque adjustment for opening and
closing
• Adjustable standby time in automatic cycle
Notable characteristics
STOP button (emergency halt)
This control panel allows an emergency stop button to
be installed (STOP). This button is of NC type (normally
closed). The opening of the contact produces the
immediate halting of the gate.
Contact for garage light timer
The control board has a tension-free contact (relay)
which closes at the start of the opening operation for
approximately three seconds. This contact is suitable to
trigger a timer for, for example, garage or staircase
lights.
Flashing light
(fixed output at 230Vac)
The light remains on during the opening and closing
operations.
The light goes off when the operation concludes. The light
goes off whenever operation is interrupted at an
intermediate point.

This control panel is equipped with a soft stop system
which reduces speed at the start and end of the
opening and closing operations, in order to prevent
impacts and bangs to the gate.
If the ERREKA IZAR operator is not used, the torque
limiter might not work properly, for which reason it is
necessary to install additional safety items (photocells or
strips) in order to comply with the requirements of
Standard EN 12453, or select "Man Present" mode.

Traffic light
A traffic light can be connected if the AEPS2-009 card
is installed. Using colour lights, this will indicate the
suitability or otherwise of crossing the gate.
• Off: gate closed
• Green light: gate open, free passage.
• Red light: gate in movement, passage forbidden.
• Flashing green light: open gate about to close in
automatic mode.
Soft start-up and stop
Function which reduces the speed of the motor at the
start and end of the opening and closing operations.
The soft stop distance is programmed during the
programming of the travel.
Behaviour when connecting the power
supply
With the panel programmed, if the power supply is
interrupted and no battery is connected, the panel will
carry out the opening operation when the power supply
is restored and a control device is operated.

It is not necessary to programme the travel and soft
stop again for the event of power supply failure.
