Using SW2, choose the required options (see "SW2 functions" on page 48).

PM.A Torque adjustment (maximum thrust) in

PM.C Torque adjustment (maximum thrust) in

 J1 and J2 should be placed in the same
position, which should correspond to
the operator installed (IZAR1 or
IZAR4). Failure to do so may lead to
accidents.

Open gate standby time (T.E.)
If automatic operation mode has been programmed
(DIP1=ON), adjust T.E. to set stand-by time with the
gate open (before automatic closing begins). Turn
clockwise to increase stand-by time.

Approximate maximum value: 45 seconds.
Selection of the operator model
(J1 and J2)
Select the operator model using (IZAR 4 or IZAR 1) by
way of J1 and J2.

The use of an incorrect J1 or J2 position may
cause the motor to deteriorate.
Torque adjustment (PM.A and PM.C)

Correct torque and speed adjustment is of vital
importance for the gate to halt automatically
when coming across a possible obstacle without
producing any injury or damage. Increased
torque produces a more violent impact.
• Adjust the torque limitation power meters (PM.A
for opening and PM.C for closing) at the minimum
value possible compatible with proper operation of
the gate.

In clockwise direction, the maximum torque is
decreased (the force of collision against an
obstacle decreases).

In anticlockwise direction, the maximum torque
is increased (the force of collision against an
obstacle increases).
