Internal problems in the

Oil or dust covers the work
surface.
MMA/TIG check the selection of
the type of welding.
Arc force is very small.
The potentiometer connection
on the front panel is faulty or
damaged.
Current setting is too low.
The bow force was set very low.

PREVENTION
Check main circuit, Pr1 and Pr2.
Connect the cable to the outlet
of the machine.
Isolate, repair or replace the
cable.
Check the earth clamp.
Check and adjust the connector.
Check and clean.
Check the selection of the type of
welding.
Increases the strength of the arc.
Repair or change the
potentiometer.
Increase current.
Increase the force of the arc.
