Cleaning the quartz glass:
1. Unscrew the recessed head screws on the
black UV pipe.
2. Unscrew the white flange and remove to-
gether with the protective quartz tube.
3. Clean the protective quartz tube with a
domestic cleaner.

Replacing the UV ballast
1. Unplug the facility's mains plug.
2. Unscrew the plug-and-socket connection
C14 from the printed circuit board.
3. Dismantle protective earth conductor from
the terminal using an actuating tool.
4. Remove strain relief.
5. Remove top screw of the ballast (screw-
driver recessed PH 1 x 80 or socket SW 3
mm).
6. Slightly unscrew bottom screw of the bal-
last (screwdriver recessed PH 1 x 80 or so-
cket SW 3 mm).
7. Remove ballast to the top.
8. Disconnect cables on the ballast by press-
ing in with a screwdriver.
9. Connect cables with the new ballast.
