 disconnect the battery;
 do not wear metal rings or wrist watches during maintenance as they can cause an electrical short circuit, which can cause
severe burns;
WARNING
- If Willmop 35 is not used for several days it is necessary to remove the battery, to avoid damage to the
battery life cycle due to self-discharge.
 flammable materials can cause explosions or fires. Do not use flammable materials in the tanks;
 do not use water higher than 45 °C / 113 °F. Using water above this temperature will void the tank warranty;
 do not use cleaning solutions with a pH lower than 3 or higher than 11 to avoid damaging sensitive components such as pipes
and valves;
 do not park Willmop 35 on ramps, slopes or flat surfaces that are not hard;
 do not use Willmop 35 outside or on uneven surfaces;
 do not expose the charger to rain;
 do not use Willmop 35 on electrical sockets on the floor to avoid electric shocks;
 do not remove, paint or destroy warning stickers;
 always switch off Willmop 35 before leaving it unattended;
 do not allow untrained people to use Willmop 35;
 do not climb over Willmop 35. Do not carry passengers on Willmop 35. Do not use Willmop 35 on stairs or work platforms;
 to avoid damage to Willmop 35, use only cleaning solutions and genuine spare parts recommended by TSM SRL;
 do not use Willmop 35 if some parts have been damaged or removed;
 use only the Willmop 35 charger supplied by TSM to charge the battery;
 do not store Willmop 35 outside to avoid damage to electronic control components;
 do not wash Willmop 35 with pressurized water jets, but only use damp cloths;
 keep Willmop 35 out of the reach of children. Willmop 35 is a professional commercial cleaning machine designed for a trained
and authorized adult public.
5 GENERAL PRECAUTIONS ON THE BATTERY
WARNING
– The battery is delivered with a minimal charge. Remove the protection inside the battery connector. It is
necessary to recharge the battery for at least 5 hours before using Willmop 35 for the first time.
The battery is equipped with electronic thermal protection. Refer to the temperature range table below for recommended
operating conditions.
The battery must be charged exclusively with the charger supplied by TSM. Never use an alternative charger to avoid the
risk of serious damage and / or the occurrence of fire.
The battery is equipped with a charge protection system which, in the event of reaching the minimum voltage, switches
the battery off automatically. It is therefore necessary to recharge the battery soon afterwards.
It is necessary to follow the following indications concerning the battery:
 always keep clean and dry;
 do not store together with metal objects to avoid the risk of a short circuit;
 do not work near open flames, sparks or smoke due to the danger of explosion;
 exhausted lithium-ion technology (Li-Ion) must be disposed of in accordance with appropriate government regulations in an
environmentally friendly manner;
 do not crush;
 do not disassemble;
 do not heat or incinerate;
 do not immerse in any liquid;
 do not charge at temperatures below 0 °C / 32 °F.
 do not load if damaged;
 do not leave in a state of discharge;
 use only if original TSM;
 do not store or charge in direct sunlight;
 always charge in a ventilated area, where the temperature does not exceed 30 °C / 86 °F.
HEALTH RISKS
 The chemicals used in the battery are in a sealed compartment.
