10 MAINTENANCE
WARNING
- These operations must be carried out with the machine switched off, with the key in OFF
position, after the battery has been removed, using gloves to protect hands and making sure there are no
objects or people nearby.
AFTER EVERY USE
Empty and rinse the tanks with fresh water.
Clean the tanks with a cleaned damp cloth.
Rinse the tanks. If the gaskets of the dirty water tank are removed during cleaning, locate them back correctly as shown in Fig.
15.
If necessary, recharge the battery.
Check the state of wear and cleanliness of both brushes. Clean the brushes with fresh water flow (as explained below).
Replace the brushes if the white wear indicator is the same height as the other bristles.
Check that the squeegee is clean and intact. Clean the squeegee with fresh water and clean it with a clean, damp cloth (as
explained below).
Replace the squeegee blades if worn out completely, after using them on all two directions (as explained below).
Remove the brushes
Keeping the handle locked through the locking system (Fig. 1), it is therefore necessary to tilt Willmop 35 until the handle touches
the ground and Willmop 35 is completely lying down. Pull the brushes from the disc towards you (Fig. 5).
Visually inspect the brush discs and clean with a cleaned dry cloth before installing them again.
Remove the squeegee
Keeping the handle locked through the locking system (Fig. 1), it is therefore necessary to tilt Willmop 35 until the handlebar
touches the ground and Willmop 35 is completely lying down. Pull the squeegee towards you (Fig. 6).
Visually inspect the squeegee and clean with a cleaned damp cloth before installing it in its position again.
Remove / replace squeegee blades
After removing the squeegee from Willmop 35, unscrew the handlewheel that hold the blades on the squeegee. Once the retainer
is removed, the front rubber blade can be easily removed. Repeat the operation for both squeegee blades. To reassemble the
squeegee, reverse the previous instructions.
WEEKLY
Clean Willmop 35 completely with a cleaned damp cloth.
MONTHLY
Remove the system that detects when the recovery tank is full, by unscrewing the upper black screw. Clean the float from any dirt
deposited, and correctly relocate the system inside the recovery tank.

11 TROUBLE SHOOTING
11.1 Willmop 35 does not start
Check, through the battery charge indicator, that it is fully charged.
Make sure the battery is installed correctly.
Make sure to have followed the instructions explained in point 9.7 Using Willmop 35 correctly.
Remove and reinstall the battery.
Make sure that the dirty water tank is emptied. If not, empty it.
11.2 Willmop 35 starts only if the handle is grasped with two hands
Make sure to have followed the instructions explained in point 9.7 Using Willmop 35 correctly.
11.3 Willmop 35 has the brushes blocked
The brush motors have overheated and the internal thermal protection has tripped. To reset the brushes, it is necessary to
switch the Willmop 35 off and on again, by turning the program selector on the console.
11.4 During use Willmop 35 suddenly turns off brushes
