OPERATING MANUAL
Willmop 35 is contained in a specific package with dimensions:
A 1200 mm
B 520 mm
C 515 mm
If a pallet with several machines is moved, the forks of the forklift or of the pallet truck must be positioned approximately in the
center of the pallet platform. The package must be handled with extreme care, avoiding knocks and, also, lifting it without reason
at considerable heights. It is forbidden to overlap the packages between them.
7.1 How to unpack Willmop 35
1. Remove the outer cardboard packaging.
2. Cut the string with suitable nippers, paying attention to the elastic return of the same.
3. Remove the machine and its components from the box.
4. The machine is packed with the handlebar locked.
5. Keep the pallet for any transportation needs.
7.2 Insert the battery in Willmop 35 and recharge it
WARNING
- The battery is delivered with a minimal charge. It is necessary to recharge the battery for at least 5 hours
before using Willmop 35 for the first time.
To recharge the battery, the user need to remove it from the machine and can install a second battery kit.
To relocate the battery in Willmop 35 it is necessary to (Fig. 2):
 switch Willmop 35 off, by turning the program selector to the OFF position.
 lock the handle in the vertical position using the corresponding lever located in the body of the handle.
 gently sliding the battery up to the bottom of the connector following the guides in the battery compartment.
WARNING
- Unplug the power cord when the charging phase is complete.
To extract the battery from Willmop 35 it is necessary to:
 switch Willmop 35 off, by turning the program selector to the OFF position.
 lock the handlebar in a vertical pos., sliding the 2 side knobs positioned in the handlebar body until the end of the base (Fig. 1).
 remove the battery upwards, using the hold it is fitted with (Fig. 3).
The inlet is located on the lower right side of the battery. Connect the power cord of the battery charger to the battery (Fig. 4).
The charger LED light up to indicate that the power is on and the battery is charging. The status of the red LED indicates that the
battery is charging, until the green color appears, when the battery is fully charged and you can disconnect the charger.
WARNING
- It takes approximately 1.45 hours to charge the battery to 100%. It is necessary to wait another 1 hour to
get the green light on the charger.
In order not to cause permanent damage to the battery, it is essential to avoid the complete discharge of the battery,
providing for recharging within a few minutes of its exhaustion.
Never leave the batteries completely discharged, even if the machine is not used.
Danger of gas exhalation and leakage of corrosive liquids.
Fire hazard: do not approach with open flames.
7.3 Brushes or pads inserting (Fig. 5)
Willmop 35 is packed with the brushes removed. Keeping the handle locked through the locking system (Fig. 1), it is therefore
necessary to tilt Willmop 35 until the handle touches the ground and Willmop 35 is completely lying down. Insert the brushes or
the pad holder on the appropriate pins and press down completely.
WARNING
- The pad must be added to the pad holder, the coloring of the pad must be chosen based on the required
cleaning activity.
7.4 Squeegee inserting (Fig. 6)
Willmop 35 is packed with the squeegee removed. Keeping the handle locked through the locking system (Fig. 1), it is therefore
necessary to tilt Willmop 35 until the handle touches the ground and Willmop 35 is completely lying down. Position the squeegee
behind the brushes, making sure that the two pins on the frame fit into the two holes on the squeegee. The presence of the
magnet ensures attachment to the frame.
