OPERATING MANUAL
 Make sure that the recovery tank has been completely emptied.
 Rinse properly inside the recovery tank. There may be dirt stuck in the system that detects when the recovery tank is full, so
there may be false detections.
 Remove the system that detects when the recovery tank is full. Clean the float from any dirt deposited, and correctly relocate the
system inside the recovery tank.
11.5 During use, Willmop 35 suddenly turns off and the battery display does not light up
 Make sure the battery is charged
 Make sure you are not using the Willmop 35 on too rough a surface which could cause the battery to overheat. If there is a risk
that the battery has overheated, wait for the battery to cool down (up to 4 hours of waiting).
11.6 Willmop 35 does not release sufficient water
 Make sure the fresh water tank is full.Make sure you have selected the correct operating program.
 Check that the fresh water intake hose is correctly inserted inside the tank.
 Make sure the fresh water intake hose is not obstructed.
 Make sure that the fresh water tank does not contain dirt particles and that the water pump is not obstructed.
11.7 Willmop 35 does not clean properly
 Make sure both brushes have been installed correctly.
 Check the state of wear of the brushes and change them if necessary.
 Use a different type of brush than the standard one. For cleaning on floors where dirt is particularly resistant, it is advisable to
use special brushes or pads that are supplied on request, as needed. Contact your dealer.
11.8 Willmop 35 does not vacuum properly
 Make sure you have selected the correct operating program.
 Make sure the recovery tank caps are securely closed.
 Make sure the recovery tank is in the correct position on the chassis.
 Remove the dirty water tank and inspect the suction pipe of the squeegee for any objects that obstruct the air flow.
 Make sure the squeegee opening is not blocked.
 Inspect the filter and clean it if necessary.
 Make sure the squeegee blades are clean and not worn.
 Make sure the battery didn't achieve the minimum level of charge. If this is the case recharge it.
 Make sure that the dirty water tank is emptied. If not, empty it.
11.9 Willmop 35 produces to much foam
 Check that low foaming detergent has been used. If necessary, add a minimum quantity of anti-foaming liquid inside the
recovery tank.
WARNING
- The excessive amount of foam caused by the incorrect use of the detergent can cause damage to the
vacuum motor.
12 DEMOLITION OF THE MACHINE AND DISPOSAL OF HARMFUL SUBSTANCES
Here are some general brief recommendations that may be of assistance.
 Do not disperse lubricants, coolants, fuels, acids, hydraulic fluids or any other pollutant.
 These substances are usually dangerous and harmful. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. When dealing with pollutants or
hazardous substances protect your eyes and hands and wear proper clothes.
 Do not refuel the tanks with jerry cans or pressurized refueling facilities that could cause leakage or spillage of pollutants in the
environment.
 Do not burn lubricants and hydraulic oils in heatings or outdoors. Manage storage and disposal always respecting the current
regulations.
 Never mix different fluids. Provide separate storage and disposal always respecting the current regulations.
 Repair immediately any fluid loss or defective engine, hydraulic system or cooling system. A defective system can become
dangerous for both man and the environment.
For storage and disposal of materials and pollutants always respect current regulations. When the
laws does not regulate treatment, storage and disposal, hazardous or harmful to the environment
products must be disposed in accordance with the rules of common sense.
