Automatic mode
• Press the button (N) to start the automatic mode. All machine functions are managed by the electronic control system
and the blade (M) and compressor (L) buttons are disabled.
• Once started, GELATO PRO 1700UP i-Green processes the ingredients and when the ice cream reaches the correct
consistency, or when the time limit set by the manufacturer (set at 45 minutes) is reached, it automatically switches
to storage mode.
• Exit the automatic mode by pressing the (N) button again and the machine switches off.
• Press the (N) button for 3 seconds if you want to switch from automatic to manual mode.
STORAGE SYSTEM
The software controls the ice cream density. When the density reaches the preset limit, the software stops the blade
and the compressor. The LED (Q) flashes.
As soon as the density decreases, the software restarts the compressor and the blade.
This way, the ice cream is always kept at the correct consistency and serving temperature for the intended time.
The software sets the maximum storage time at 8 hours.
