CLEANING, CARE, MAINTENANCE
Clean your pressure cooker after every use using hot water
and liquid detergent. Please do not use scratching, abrasive,
alkaline and chlorine-containing cleaning agents. The pot can
be cleaned in the dishwasher WITHOUT THE LID. The lid should
always be cleaned by hand.
Cleaning and replacing the sealing ring
Wipe the sealing ring and rinse under running, warm water and dry
afterwards. Pressure cooker seals are subject to wear and should
be replaced regularly. In normal use, the sealing ring should be
replaced annually, depending on how often you use the pressure
cooker. It must be changed at the latest when it has become hard or
dark. For this purpose, please contact our customer service.
The safety valve
When cleaning the lid, the safety valve should be flushed and
rinsed under running water.
Cleaning the pressure regulating valve
Remove the valve cap.
To do this, press and turn the valve counterclockwise using slight
pressure to position:
Check whether the vent pipe in the lid is unblocked.
Please make sure that the valve is plugged on and locked in the
same position after cleaning.
The cleaned and dried pressure cooker should be stored in a
clean, dry and protected environment. Do not put the lid on, do not
close it. Instead, put it on the pot upside down.
