3.2 User's Inspection
Immediately upon receipt, the goods must be checked for completeness and potential

damage in transit.
Notice of any such damage must be given immediately.

Upon receipt of the products, the original packaging and its seal must be checked for

integrity. Packages with a broken seal cannot be taken back.
NOTICE
Each packaging is marked with an item number (REF). Please always indicate this number
and the serial number (SN or EN) or lot designation (LOT) in case of a complaint.
