Low-acrylamide cooking
Acrylamide is suspected to be a carcinogenic substance, which
increases sharply when starchy foods are heated above 175°C
(347°F).
Therefore, pay attention to the change in color of the food during
preparation. Fried food should not be served brown, only "golden
yellow".

− Never operate the appliance unattended when empty. The
appliance may overheat. The heating coil and the non-stick
coating may be damaged and smoke can develop. In this case,
open the windows and ventilate the room thoroughly.
