Baked apple
Ingredients
2 small apples
1 table spoon raisins
2 sheets puff pastry(10 x 10 cm)
Preparation
Preheat the hot air fryer to 180°C(356°F).
Peel and core the apples, cut them into small pieces and mix with the
raisins.
Spread the mixture on the puff pastries. Fold the puff pastries closed.
Ensure the pastries are closed tightly. For example with a pastry
wheel.
Place the pastries in the slide-in unit with the seam down and bake
for 13-15 minutes until they are golden brown.
Serve at room temperature.
Variations:
- Mix the apple pieces with chopped apricots, cinnamon and ½
teaspoon of brown sugar.
- Mix the apple pieces with dried cranberries, 1 teaspoon of vanilla
extract and ½ teaspoon of brown sugar.
- Mix the apple pieces with the raisins, ½ teaspoon of grated
orange peel and ½ teaspoon of brown sugar.
