RECIPE SUGGESTIONS
Rosemary Potato Chips
Ingredients
4 medium-sized soft-boiling potatoes
1 Tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons chopped rosemary
2 pinches salt
Preparation
Wash the potatoes thoroughly under running water.
Cut the potatoes length ways into thin slices (approx. 2 mm).
Put the slices directly in a bowl of water. Soak the slices in the bowl
of water for a total of 30 minutes. Change the water several times.
Cook in boiling water for 3-5 minutes.
Pat the slices dry with kitchen paper.
Preheat the hot air fryer to 170°C(338°F).
Mix the potatoes with the olive oil in another bowl.
Spread the slices evenly in the slide-in unit and cook for about 30
minutes or until they are golden brown. Shake well every 5 minutes.
Put the finished potato chips in a bowl and sprinkle them evenly with
salt and rosemary.
