Onion cheese quiche with mushrooms
Ingredients
3 eggs
2 cups of cleaned mushrooms
1 red onion
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 tablespoons grated cheese
1 pinch of salt
Preparation
Peel a red onion and cut it into approximately 5 mm thin slices. Clean
the mushrooms and cut into approximately 5 mm thin slices.
Sweat the onions and mushrooms in a pan with some olive oil over a
medium heat until tender.
Remove from heat, spread on a dry kitchen towel and let cool down.
Preheat the hot air fryer to 180°C(356°F).
Beat 3 eggs in a mixing bowl, add a pinch of salt and whisk
thoroughly.
Brush a suitable container (casserole dish) with a little oil.
Place the eggs in casserole dish, add the onion and mushroom
mixture and then the cheese.
Put the dish in the slide-in unit and cook for about 20 minutes.
The quiche is ready when you stick a knife in the middle and it comes
out clean.
