7.2 Explanation of system settings - screen 1/5
Default mode:
Heating mode to which the heater is set and in which it starts for
the first time, or to which it returns if "Default" is pressed.
Default temp.:
Setpoint temperature at which the heater starts, or to which it
returns if "Default" is pressed.
Default time:
Setpoint time with which the heater starts, or to which it returns if
"Default" is pressed.
Max. power:
Setpoint for the maximum power at which the generator can
operate. This does not mean that the generator operates at this
power all the time. It is dependent i.a. on the type of inductor and
the workpiece. The maximum power that can be set here depends
on the type of generator.
Min. speed:
Activation or deactivation of the monitor for the time within which
the temperature must have risen by X°C. The number of degrees
increase per unit of time is set in the Admin settings.
Hold mode:
Relates to the temperature holding mode of the generator. This is
the temperature to which the workpiece may drop before heating
is started again.

Units:
Setting of the temperature measurement in °C or °F.
Speed unit:
Setting of maximum heating speed in °C/min or °C/hour for
"Temperature and speed mode"
Language:
Setting of the language in which the texts on the screen are
displayed. Choice of Dutch, English and German.
Date:
Setting of system date.
Time:
Setting of system time.

Inductor program:
Choice of inductor program for which settings are to be made.
Choice of 3 programs.
Temp:
Target temperature for the respective program.
Time:
Target time for the respective program.
Power:
Maximum power for the respective program.
These settings cannot be set higher than the maximum values set
by the manufacturer in the Admin settings.
The programs are linked or can be linked to specific inductors.
Such an inductor is recognised as soon as it is connected to
the generator. The settings made in this menu are then directly
uploaded to the heating mask and the workpiece is heated
according to these settings. In this case up to 120°C with max.
22 kW power in temperature mode or (if the heater is operated in
time mode) for 5 seconds at 22 kW.
