Wear safety gloves. Only qualified personnel who have read and understood this user
manual may carry out this action. As standard, the machine is supplied with a barrel with
aluminium barrel ends. If the barrel ends are made of stainless steel, please note that the
weight of the barrel increases considerably.
5. The three trimming blocks are held in place in their working position by the pressure exerted by the two circular
locks on either side of the main control panel. It is necessary to pull them as shown in the following image, until it
stops and can be released.
6. After releasing the blocks, remove them from inside the machine by first holding them by the side supports and
then lifting them out of the machine and storing them in a safe place where they can be handled by the operator.
7. Operate the sheet metal clips at both ends of the trimming block, as shown in the following picture, to release the
block from the bed knife and remove it for cleaning.
