GARANTÍA
•
El fabricante garantiza que sus productos están libres de
defectos de material y en el trabajo durante un período de
un año desde la fecha de entrega, en condiciones normales
de uso y mantenimiento.
•
La obligación derivada de esta garantía se limitará a la
sustitución y/o reparación de la pieza o piezas que, tras
nuestra inspección, resulten defectuosas en cuanto a
material o mano de obra y que no hayan sido alteradas de
ninguna manera o que no hayan sido objeto de un mal uso,
negligencia o accidente.
•
Los costes de posibles inspecciones, llevadas a cabo por DAL
DEGAN, los costes del transporte y el embalaje de las piezas
a reparar o reemplazar, así como la mano de obra para el
montaje de la misma, correrán por cuenta del comprador.
•
No hay garantía hecha por alguien que no sea el fabricante,
se considerará válida y vinculante.
•
La empresa se reserva el derecho de revisar el manual en
cualquier momento y sin previo aviso.
•
Al hacer tales cambios, el fabricante no asume ninguna
obligación de hacer esos cambios en los productos
fabricados previamente.
En el momento de la entrega, compruebe que la

The Manufacturer guarantees that its products are
