Chassis/ 1.1 Check all load bearing components for damage
Structure:
1.2 Check screw connections
Wheels: 2.1 Check wheels for wear and damage

Steering: 3.1 Check the steering play
3.2 Check the mechanical parts of the tiller; grease if
Hydraulic 4.1 Test operation
4.2 Make sure hydraulic unit is sealed, check for damage

4.3 Check oil level
4.4 Replace hydraulic oil
Lift 5.1 Check operation, wear and setting
mechanism:
5.2 Check the load wheels and plunger rods
5.3 Check forks and fork carriage for wear and damage
Lubrication: 6.1 Lubricate truck in accordance with lubrication schedule
