Balanced thread tension
* Auto-thread tension
When the thread tension dial is set at AUTO for
automatic thread tension, the green light will be on=
For general sewing, set the tension dial at "A", which
covers a wide range of sewing conditions.
[] Set "A" mark of thread tension dial with the
indication line.
[] Green light on.
[] Display screen shows "AUTO".
Balanced thread tension
The ideal straight stitch has threads locked between two
layers of fabric as illustrated,
For zigzag stitch sewing, the needle thread will
appear slightly on the wrong side of the fabric,

Manual thread tension adjustment
You shoud adjust the tension manually if the green light
blinks when selecting a specific stitch.
The recommended tension setting will be displayed on
the LCD screen.

[] If the top thread is too tight, the bobbin thread
appears on the right side of the fabric.
Turn the thread tension dial to a lower number to loosen
the tension.
[] If the top thread is too loose, the top thread loops on
the underside of the fabric,
Turn the thread tension dial to a higher number to
tighten the tension,
